Mental Readiness taught by our Master Trainers

The trainers of this program are Master Trainer, as certified by CPSIRT

The Road to Mental Readiness (R2MR) program was created by the Department of National Defence (DND) and provided by CPSIRT.

  • to build awareness of mental illness and operational stress injuries (OSIs) through education
  • to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness

The goal of R2MR is to improve short-term performance and long-term mental health outcomes. Research has shown that R2MR may provide a benefit to public service personnel (PSP).

  • correctional employees (provincial or federal)
  • border services personnel
  • operational and intelligence personnel
